Rezime: Predmet ovog rada jeste disciplinska odgovornost zaposlenih u javnim preduzećima, zatim izricanje disciplinskih sankcija za povrede (teže i lakše) radnih dužnosti zaposlenih u javnom preduzeću, te tok disciplinskog postupka koji se vodi protiv zaposlenog u javnom preduzeću. Svakako, u radu će biti govora i o postupku po žalbi, odnosno prigovoru na odluku disciplinske komisije, te udaljenju zaposlenog sa posla, odnosno suspenziji.

Summary: The subject of this paper is the disciplinary responsibility of employees in public enterprises, then the imposition of disciplinary sanctions for violations of (serious and less serious) official duties of employees in public enterprises, and the course of disciplinary proceedings pending against the employee in a public company. Certainly, in this paper we will discuss the appeal procedure, i.e. the objection to the decision of the disciplinary committee, and suspension of the employee from work.
